I am back with a brand new post from my travels. During my recent visit to Sariska, my curiosity made me visit Bhangarh fort as well. It is approx. 40 km away, but mind you, it’s gonna take approx. 2 hrs. to reach. I know, this will raise a few eyebrows, but it is only because of steep and rough roads… Bhangarh Fort – Asia’s most haunted place. NOT! There also comes a stretch in between for like 10 mins. which is extremely beautiful. You guyz must be wondering what am I talking about… but trust me IT IS a very beautiful stretch. Both the sides of roads are covered with crimson orange palash flower trees. I did stop there for a while just to admire the scenic view 🙂
On reading/researching about Bhangarh fort, you guyz must have come across the 2 most famous stories of Princesses Ratnavati & Wizard caster. Hence, I am gonna skip those mainly for 2 reasons;
- Every other blog/article/news talks about it
- We don’t know the truth
I remember while doing my research on Bhangarh Fort I found 100’s of articles/blogs/news which spoke about negative energy/rumour of spirits/ strange lights/ unusual sound of music & dance, blah blah.. 😉 😛 Trust me upon reaching Bhangarh, I felt nothing like that. It’s just another tourist spot. On my way to Fort I thought I will try to find something rogue-ish but believe me after seeing so many people my eyes popped out of my head.
Overall I would say it was a different experience altogether by visiting Sariska and Bhangarh. Also, I did manage to get few spooky pictures clicked. Spooky or not- Left for you all to decide 😎
Till then sayonara!
